Three features that stand out in the new 2023 Mercedes-Benz C-Class

The all-new 2023 Mercedes-Benz C-Class is one of the most anticipated new luxury vehicles coming in the next few months. The new Mercedes-Benz C-Class has been completely redesigned and features new technology, more efficient and powerful engines, and a brand-new and refined interior that is inspired by the flagship Mercedes-Benz S-Class.  Let's take a look at three features that stand out in the all-new Mercedes-Benz C-Class.

The luxurious interior

The 2023 Mercedes-Benz C-Class gets a new, completely revamped interior highlighted by a portrait-style 11.9-inch Multimedia touchscreen which is oriented towards the driver from maximum clarity and ease of use. There's also a new configurable 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster along with a large area for your chosen wood or metal trim. If this interior reminds you of the new Mercedes-Benz S-Class, that's because it is essentially a smaller version of the same cockpit. The new infotainment system is the latest generation of the Mercedes-Benz User Experience technology that features advanced voice commands to interact with the system, and there is a new function that allows for up to 7 user profiles which can be brought up using a fingerprint scanner. In other words, everybody who will be driving the C-Class can have their own profile and when they put their finger on the scanner, all their preferred settings are  immediately uploaded.

New mild-hybrid technology

The new Mercedes-Benz C-Class features mild-hybrid technology under the hood. The system uses a 48-volt electrical system paired to a turbocharged four-cylinder engine that delivers 255 horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque. This engine is also capable of delivering an available 147 extra pound-feet of torque as needed. The result is a smoother engine with better efficiency and more power than the previous engine found in the Mercedes-Benz C-Class. This engine reaches 100 km per hour in just six seconds.

Advanced connectivity

The 2023 Mercedes-Benz C-Class stands out with the MBUX system which we described previously as well as it's available user profiles, but there are multiple other connectivity technologies that provide an enhanced experience on the road. Wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay are available as well as an in-car Wi-Fi connectivity. There are also a host of connected services that allow you to control various functions of your C-Class from your mobile phone. Give us a call today to learn more.
